I will look forward to reading this thread. The SW one used to have loads of ideas on it. I have tried taking pictures of my food on my blackberry but everything comes out looking rather grey and blurry. Don't think anyone is going to find those pictures very appetising!

Chilli, with cauliflower rice. 4 pp. 1 tbsp of total 0% yog was 0 points when i looked..

I dont know how many PP but i think it was about 3. I added a sprinkle of flour too which i counted at 1pp.

Sorry if I'm taking the thread of track but what is cauliflower rice? :)
no no, thats totally what this thread is about, getting new ideas!!

You grate a cauliflower and then put it into a microwave bowl. add a teenie bit of water and put cling film over and into the microwave for like 4 miles.. it doesnt taste exactly the same as rice obviously but its a good substitute for 0pp

Cauliflower rice is surprisingly yummy and filling with a curry or chilli. I steam mine in the microwave and add some birianyi seasoning. Its lovely.

Pictures looking good so far. I am knuckling down as of tomorrow after a weekend off plan visitting family so I will try and upload some photos later in the week.
