pot noodles

I get very busy in the day and sometimes don't have much time to make something for lunch so resort to a pot noodle. Like the chicken and mushroom ones. I don't think they can be that bad as they have meat substitute and noodles but just wondered if any one knows how many syns on extra easy

Hi there Faye not sure about pot noodles but have you tried the packets of pasta mug shots? They're just as easy and free (apart from the cheese one) tomato and herb is delish. X

Just checked - chicken n mushroom 8 on extra easy & green, 24 on orig.. Try the mug shots x

Ooh, i just looked in my book and found golden wonder pot noodle chicken and mushroom at 4.5. Syns

Ok, Done some googling (clearly not busy today) and it's golden wonder 'The nations noodle' chicken and mushroom that's 4.5 Syns. So they would be a better option for you. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that, will try the mugshots though as I prefer to save as many syn s as possible for when I have a bad day
