Hello everyone,
:) Could anyone tell me how many Syns in an Aunt Bessie Potato Croquette's please, I think they are fairly new on the market, they are on offer at Tesco for a £1.00. I tried them last week before I began my diet and they are lovely, I cooked them in the oven and they didn't break up at all......I have a feeling they may be high in Syns so you had better whisper the Syn value, LOL...

Oh boy....I knew they would be high, it's always the same when you find a nice new product, never mind back to the drawing board, many thanks.

Hi, I've weighed these out before as I love them, haven't had them in a while now actually but from what I remember you get 3 or 4 croquettes for 100g, so not bad I think if you fill your plate up with free foods! x
