I'm new to this slimming world so Hi everyone, have started the EE diet, and was wondering how many syns would these potatoes cakes would be

450g (1lb) Potatoes
110g (4oz) Plain Flour
50g (2oz) Flora Lite
1 tsp Salt
Pinch Peppe

So that would be 30 syns divided by however many cakes you get from the recipe.
