Hi everyone,

Not the nicest thing to be posting about but I need some advice re toilet troubles! I know this is too much information but I am going every few days and when I do it hurts! Anyone else suffering from this and any advice?! And yes, that wee post icon is me, lol!

Have you tried the Cambridge fibre powder? You have a spoonful a day dissolved in something and it is supposed to help
