Potuna Cakes

I had some leftover mash potatoes from last night, didn't want to waste, so I mixed it with a tin of tuna, garden peas plus a beaten egg, made into patties onto baking try spry with fry light, into ovan until browned. My little lad liked them so much he named then Potuna cakes.:family2:
