Does any one have one of these gadgets??

It looks like an amazing product!

I am considering buying one to see if it would help my flabby upper arms, but thought i would see if anyone has one first.

I bought one of these a couple of years ago in Amstardam airport to amuse me in a delay - never thought of using it to work my bingo wings! I'll have to dig it out.

Great fun to play with though - especially if you have the special "nack"!!
