Well its week 2 and after a brilliant first week and brilliant loss of 7lbs, im struggling abit now. Think it has alot to do with the fact ive got the flu, feel sick but still want to eat bad bad things!

Scales are also telling me ive put on even though i dont officially WI till friday i usually hop on every two days to see how im doinf(dont tell me to stop it wont happen;)).

Today ive had

ww tuna filler with nimble bread5 pp, a wrap with turkey ham7pp and for dinner im having ww pizza and chips17pp.
Ive got 8 points left to play with for pudding and supper.

Just feel so bleugh which is horrible when its only week 2:confused:

week 2 WI and STS

which im glad for. I have been so ill the last 4 days i stuck to points every day other than yesterday where i didnt count and today i am feeling much better. i think i overloaded on fruit though hence why im just pleased to have not put any weight on. Back to pointing and tracking today after that one day of "F*ck IT!* attitude.

SO today ive had

4 quorn sausages 4pp
vanilla cheese cake 100g 10pp
and 5 after eights 5pp

lol well i said i was tracking, not that it would be good food choices!!

im just getting over throat infection and i didnt feel like tracking and eating wisely ;) you feel you want to comfort food :eek: hope you are feeling better :D
