Could fry them in garlic (with fry lite) and the ground salt for a little yummmmy snack! MMM!
Or could chop some peppers, mushooms, crushed garlic, spinach - stick that all in a pan (along with the prawns) and cook with fry light. Then some soy sauce...and if ya like it spicy abit of chilli powder.
This is one of my fave dishes!!

erm........prawn cocktail, paella, curry...........oohh mixed with some low fat mayo on top of a steaming hot jacket potato!!
