Pre grated cheese

Hello, wondering if someone could help me.
Is pre grated cheese a hexa? I read on a group I'm part of that it now is a hexa but wanted to make sure, thanks xx

You can have some cheese as a hexa grated or otherwise. xx

I think the pre-grated stuff is coated in potato starch to stop it sticking together in the pack. Not sure if that. Does anything to the Hex a value though.

Don`t know why it has gone like thisl. I am glad about the h/e grated as that is what I usually use and wondered.

Hey, that's good news! pre-packed cheese is great, so quick when you are in a hurry. Pricey though, in comparison to a block.

I always buy the pre packed cheese when it's on offer it's so much easier. x
