Pretty pretty please help... Urgent..

    Hey.. literally was climbing into bed and i suddenly felt red hot around my neck.. i scratched.. and it was painful.. and all these little white bumps came up.. is this hives? having never had hives before i really dont know.. cant find anyting in google about it..

    was it like nettle rash lookin and ichy? if so sounds very much like hives

    yeah.. it was.. and literally came in like half a minute after i scratched i was covered all the way down my neck and chest..

    and calamine lotion also could be an allergic reaction hope u feel betta soon xx

    Definitely sounds like hives - use an antihistamine and that should help. It could also be that as you are losing weight, the fat on your liver decreases and this can cause your skin to itch xxx

    Wow I didn't know that!

    How is it now Kitteh? You have just come off a VLCD haven't you? Sometimes if you don't have certain foods for a long period of time you can develop intolerances or allergies to things when you start eating them again

    it was dead weird.. and cos it was really late at night.. i literally didnt have a clue what to do.. my bf even put dettol on me..! lol.. before sue helped.. since then ive had them about 5 times.. gutter.. cos i never used to.. its dead annoying when its when im walking round asda.. and itching like crazy.. lol

    Have you been to see your GP Cat??? Think you should get it checked out first to make sure you are not using something that is making it worse.

    As you get lighter it will ease off - I had it for ages - Dr's kept trying to work out what it was and then tested my liver and came up with that diagnosis - said it is quite common in people who are dieting or overweight xxx
