Whew!!!

Well this is all new and shiny to me after residing in the Exante forum for so long!

I started my weight loss journey last May following Exante. I lost well over 2 stone which I was thrilled with. I found though that it was time to tackle a change for life and so three weeks ago I joined WW. I am following the Pro Points plan and so far I have lost 7lb.

I lost 4lb in my first week
I lost 1.5lb in my second week
I lost 1.5lb in my third week.

Totally thrilled with my progress so far!!!
