Just thought I'd post and let you know about a brilliant find I came across a couple weeks ago!
I knew I needed to exercise to help shed the pounds and I remember swimming fondly when I was younger and remember the passion I had for it! So I thought that's what I'm going to do but NEVER would I get in my swimming cozzie in front of anyone but my boyfriend, I thought there must be somebody with a private indoor swimming pool that hires it out so I hit the Internet and sure enough there was!
£15 a session for up to 4 people and I feel brilliant for it, there's no better feeling than getting out that pool know you just worked your backside off!
I understand this is in the Essex area but I'm sure lots of other people do this and if anyone would like help in finding a similar place id be happy to help!
