I want to start WW but can't go to group and frankly can't afford the online fees. I have purchased a second hand book that has all the pro points calculated for recipes, but I don't know how many points I am allowed per day. I weigh 185lb, an 5ft 5 inches and a 48 yr old moderately active female. Can anyone help me with this?
I have done WW in the past, but under the old points system.....so any help would be most gratefully received!!
