problems maintaining

i had my last meeting with my CDC a few weeks ago and after working through the steps am now off the CD and just healthy eating. the only problem being that I have been eating really badly! i know it is psychological and im doing it as im not officially 'on a diet' anymore but it is undoing all of my months of hard work and I am going on holiday in a few weeks (which was pretty much the motivation for doing the diet in the first place) i just feel that i have tried so hard for so long and almost dont have the energy to keep going. the diet worked so well for me as it took food out of the equation and stopped me making bad food decisions and I thought i was starting to look at my diet/ food in a different way but have just fallen back into my old habits. im really beating myself up about this...anyone else going through the same thing or have any useful tips/ words of encouragement? Dont beat your self up hun, you have come this far you can do it hunni, i would get in touch with your cdc again and see what she can suggest hunni.
