products from different companies ?

Normally I would be ordering a months worth of products from Slim and Save BUT at the moment can only afford a weeks worth, therefore I have seen a weeks worth from another VLCD cheaper than S&S and it is also sold in the shops so I can pick it up straight away.

Is it ok to switch and mix VLCD products in this way or should you stick to one company ?

Personally I havent heard of sny vlcd being sold in a shop.

Which one are you thinking of

It may not be a VLCD in that case, but it is a meal-replacement. Celebrity Slim.

Its not a vlcd. Its not a tfr and itll take you out of ketosis and obviously you wont get the vlcd losses
