    Just thought id post my progress after 8 weeks, just for newbies who are thinking about starting slimming world. Basically do it, combined with the gym and food optimising, i have lost 35lbs in just 8 weeks. I still have a way to go but this is great progress thus far. So as you can see it really really works.

    That's brilliant. I always say you don't know until you give it a fair try. There is a reason why SW is the biggest Slimming Club in the UK :)

    No i havent posted a food diary yet, well i do green days and just fill up on jacket potatoes and bachelors pasta n sauces. I also eat lots and lots of quorn.
