Just thought id post my progress after 8 weeks, just for newbies who are thinking about starting slimming world. Basically do it, combined with the gym and food optimising, i have lost 35lbs in just 8 weeks. I still have a way to go but this is great progress thus far. So as you can see it really really works.

Gosh thats some going well done, thanks for sharing it really does help newbies to see that sw does work and with fantastic results, keep us all posted

Blimmey thats fantastic and such an insperation. Do you post your food diary so we can all copy you? If not maybe you could start as its great for ideas. Keep up the great work xx

No i havent posted a food diary yet, well i do green days and just fill up on jacket potatoes and bachelors pasta n sauces. I also eat lots and lots of quorn.
