Morning,

I'm back. Glad Minimins is back & although it seems super quiet I will bang on about my daily battle with my body.
I've tried 'healthy eating' since stopping dukan and failed, so I'm back to what I know best. I'm going to a wedding in May, so that's my goal. I weighed in at 11st 9.8lb this morning, then my scales promptly died on me saying 'error'. Oh the irony. So it's official. My body is an error. So assuming this weight was correct?? (I will buy new batteries) I need to lose 24.8lbs in 12 weeks, which is roughly 2lb per week.
So Attack Day 1
Porridge
Scrambled eggs & ham
Chicken & onion casserole
Loads of water
30 min walk
 
Right day 1 out of the way. Day 1 I never feel great. I didn't enjoy my chicken casserole, which is a shame cos I've made enough for 3 days and haven't eaten enough protein but I'm going shopping tomorrow...plus I didn't do my walk, which I usually don't on day 1 for some reason?!?

Sainsburys & baking my Dukan sponges today. Need them for snacking.

Cinnamon porridge
3 sausages
Dukan sponge
White fish fillets
Water
Still no walk! No time!

Day 3 & last day of attack....bring on the veg for tomorrow I managed to make & ice 24 fairy cakes yesterday for my daughters school cake competition!! Didn't phase me in the slightest...weird...
So no cravings at the moment & focus is good....not a blinding start cos I haven't done my walks or hot my water target, but from today I will have the time.
Feeling like me belly has gone down a tad plus I've bought batteries for my scales! Will weigh tomorrow to see what 3 days of attack has done

Ok fantastic eating veg!!!! Only attack can EVER make me say that out loud.....work today, and food went like this...

Loads of water.....ruddy hell I've eaten loads today

Done my walk!! I may have been 4 days late on the daily walk but I did it......

12 hour shift today So no chance of a walk. But PV feeling better already, my skin is so much softer.

How's it all going Andi? I've been trying to stick to sort of Dukan methods, was very motivated to start and now I'm very much reverting to old habits! Really need to keep myself in check!
