attempted SW about a year ago but never really stuck to it properly so here we go! Had all my books out and decided to take it a day at a time!

Hope you all have a good month!

Starting Weight- 19st 6 pounds (so ashamed!):break_diet:

So Monday, Green day.

Breakfast- left over stir fry from night before

Lunch- Baked potato with beans, cucumber and a spoonful of extra light philly (hex A)

Diet coke

Dinner Spag bol (mince hex B) with veggies and some more philly (hex B)

Syns: 5.5 -popcorn
3- 2x rice cakes

total syns (at the moment)- 8.5:D

OK plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast- fruit and VLF natural yog and peppermint tea
Lunch- stir fried veggies and rice
Dinner- stuffed peppers with ratatoullie and cheese (hex a), pork loin (hex B) and baked potato wedges

not decided on syns yet but think some crisps might be on order! oh and need another hex B... never really fancy the second one!

Well done for making a fresh start, you can definitely do it! I never thought I'd stick with a diet but am on my 6th day of SW and still going strong, defo the best diet I've tried and there have been a few hehe.

OK, back to work tomorrow so..

Breakfast: bananas and VLF natural yog
Break: Mugshot less than 1% fat
Lunch: baked pot with cottage cheese and chilli flakes
Dinner: chicken risotto( hex B x2) little olive oil (syn 2) and options hot choc (syn 2)

Milk: hex A

Lots of coffee and diet coke!

pfffft forgot about doing my diary.. arghhhhhh

ok so red day today:

Breakfast: 2 Scottish slimmers venison sausages (.5 syn each) and beans (hexB)
Snacks: 2 apples and banana in frozen Muller light
Lunch: emmm maybe some more venison sausages LOL and veggies
Dinner: Slow cooked pork with lots and lots of veggies and potatoes(hexB) with maybe some sneaky steak.. oh yes i love red days!

sound okay? Lost 3 pounds this week so hoping for a little more next!

if you want any ideas from what I've been eating :) Last week I had a lot of chicken- at least one meal per day, sometimes twice. Back to normal this week :)

Cheeso! i'd be having a flakey by now.. i feel stressed about our wedding already lol but can't wait! I dont even want to look at dresses until i can try them on, so a while yet.. no buddah bride for me lol

OK, green day today (and the dreaded parents evening..so was mega hungry tonight!)

Breakfast-missed this out but did have a bannana at break time :(
Lunch- big baked pot with cottage cheese, salad and chilli flakes
Dinner- Beef/chicken stirfry (chick/beef hex B's) and loads of noodles! loads!

snack: milk (hexa)
2x quality street chocs (5 syns)
splash of milk (not from allowance- .5syns??)

and maybe another choc or glass of wine.. just cos i can lol

will be more prepared tomorrow so breakfast will be had!

but hey ho! Green day today and shhhh don't tell anyone but i had a wee sneaky look on the scales and down 2lbs! Not relying on it but its spurring me on all the same!


Brekki: Sweet and sour mug shot..(was soo nice but did get some strange looks lol)
Lunch: baked pot, salad and cottage cheese with chilli flakes
Dinner: chilli (hexBx2 for mince) and rice, frozen mullerlight for pudding

milk drink later for hexa or cheese.. not sure yet!
