Proper hunger

Drink a cup of water slowly. Do you have any of the bars? I chop them in 1/4 sand nibble on 1/4 if I am really hungry, or make yourself an extra shake - it has to be better than going for "real" food. Hope you feel better soon

I agree with Setas. Try the water first for quite a bit; we often mistake thirst for hunger. And if it doesn't settle try an extra pack.

aaww hun isn't it awfull.... im in the same boat but mine is self inflicted as i purposely came out of ketosis sat night so technically on day 3 n ready to eat the walls!!

best thing for me though i hate it at the same time is sparkling water with flavouring if u have any it kinda bloats me all the gas n i tell myself that means im full.

if u r on ss at worse have something off the ss+ list ie 2 x boiled eggs or something

Never let yourself get that hungry, there is no need to. Try using your free foods to make up snacks. if you are on Extra Easy you can make up pasta or couscous salad mixed with veg and cold cuts of meat. If you are on green don't have the meat. What about a jacket potato with other free foods such as baked beans and some cheese (healthy extra!) If you have only ever tried red days, give extra easy a go!! Don't forget that free foods can be eaten at any time of the day or night!!
