I know this is a weird query but I often use a shake for convenience if I'm driving long distances. any ideas how many propoints are in a ready made shake?

Hi, yes i have 28 bottles of Slimfast, so I am going to use them, while doing the propoints, 'till they are gone.

Slimfast strawberry, slimfast banana, slimfast lemon meringue and slimfast cafe latte are all 6pts
