Can I have protein shakes on EE? I've just started and me and my hubby are doing EE and he wants to know as he usually takes one to teh gym.

You can have anything you like but you will need to syn it

from fat to skinny jeans only 46lb to go

As the other person said, yes you can have anything, but it'll be synned at 1 syn for every 20 cals, so prob quite high! Would chicken or eggs or something not be just as good? And syn free?
