Protein Shakes

Hi i am new to this and on a sneaky break at work..will introduce my self better later, just a quicky though, protein shakes....does anyone know the syn value of a protien shake that per serving of 53gs, has 199 cals, 45.6g protein, 3.4g carbs (of which sugars 3.4), 2.4g fat (1.2g saturated)
I like to train hard on the weights and they recommend a shake. (the brand is 90+ by nutrisport)
