Psyllium Husk 'porridge'?

I'm sure this has been covered here before but I can't find the Thread-doh!
How much husk do you use with the shakes to make the porridge? Can you have it warm or cold? Do you just blend it like the MAM? Is there a knack to it?
Loads of ?s but I'm not very good at figuring things out lol XX
 
Boil the kettle leave it cool for 10 mins, then add your pack to a bowl with 1 table spoon of husk's then whisk in 200-300 mil of hot water :) add less or more depends on how thick you want it :)
