Ive read about these somewhere and I cant find where, can I ask do you take them and if so how often and how much?

This is what was recommended to me when I was doing exante last.
I would mix a teaspoon of the powder in each of my shakes, it does make them really thick so some people may not like that but it's worth a go.
I was also told not to use it for too long at a time.
So for example, use it for 2 weeks then stop for 1 week and repeat.
