Pub & Work Lunch syns help

Hi all,

I had to go out for my fiances Dad's birthday at the weekend and it was a pre-ordered Beef Roast dinner at local pub and a small slice of chocolate cheesecake for desert with about a tablespoon of pouring cream. What do you think the damage was? There was three yorkshires (aunt bessie style), eight roast potatoes! and gravy and three slices of very lean beef.

I've had a training course at work yesterday and today so I had to eat what they gave us so had half a egg mayo sandwich which was brown bread so in effect it would be one slice of bread.

Any help would be appreciated as just want to know what the damge is.

Thanks

Quite a lot really, the yorkies are at least 2 each, roasties are a fair few, gravy could be quite high if it's made with meat juices.
Cake is about 5.5 syns an ounce at least so probably 3 times that for a small one, plus each tbsp of cream is 3.5.

The sandwich, 6 syns per slice of bread, egg is free, mayo if full fat is about 4 or so a tbsp!

I'd say draw a line under it, there's not much more you can do as you've had it.
In future I'd take your own lunch on a training course, I do!
