Pudding on induction help

Hi it's our family Friday tonight and I can't think if there is anything I can eat for dessert I'm thinking it's a no go but would hate to think I will miss out all because I didn't ask for advice.

Oh any ideas for a gravy like sauce for roast dinner??

I know I don't want much lol Any ideas please x

For the gravy you could use the stock from the meat?
