Sugar free jelly and cream but go steady cos cream contains carbs make sure you count it. And well done you

thanks everyone, i think i did ok.
having scratchings for snacks at the min, cant have hard cheese, but i do have a bit of cream cheese on salad.

Today ive had:
B: 2 bacon, egg and 3 sausage
L: beef salad and cream cheese
D: chicken with veg
Snacks: 2 packs of scratchings

is this ok or too much, just wondered jim, what if i miss a meal or go under my 20 carbs cos some days dont have them all

i mean i dont have them all, i have alot of meat and small salad or veg and not much else, but i do mims now so i do have a few more.

use the rest of your 20 by having some more leafy greens.

It's best to try and get to the 20 carbs love, just for health reasons if nothing else.
