PUDDINGS - ideas please

Hello again, im now looking for pudding ideas. Ive seen the swiss roll and custard but struggling to find anything else, love custard just need somat to throw it over lol

Actually easiest just to google what you want as there is SO much out there

Some thoughts though
LC new york cheesecake - see atkins recipe sticky as i think posted it there a while ago
Various berry concoctions
Quick and easy chocolate mousse if you dont mind packages - eg dietimeal chocolate or vanilla mix from low carb megastore
Almond flour stuff - like cakes
Eggy stuff - like mereinge (how on earth do you spell that) - just replace sugar with sweetener

Etc
