    I'm a newbie and doing ww myself so please feel free to giv me tips, advice or tell me when i'm wrong.I will update my post troughout the day or plan it in advance, i'm on 22pts a day.


    Day 1:
    Breakfast - 1 Slice of wholemeal with 1 tsp of vitalite 2pts
    Muller light fat free 1.5

    Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal 2pts
    2 poached eggs 2.5pts
    ww beans 2pts
    dijon mustard 0pts

    Snack - 150g strawberries 0.5 pts

    Tea - med jacket potato 2.5pts
    Tuna 70g 1pt
    mayonaise light 1.5pts
    Sweetcorn 4tbsp 1pt
    1 tsp of vitalite 1pt

    Snack - 150g strawberries 0.5pts

    2slices of toast with ww jam 3pts
    Total= 21pts
    Points saved= 1pt

    Sounds okay to me. I too am a newbie and on 22pts too. Your day sounds varied and plenty of nice nutritional foods on it. I must do this too.

    sorry put stuff in caps, okay my mistake is when you do ww you got to make sure you weigh everything, a medium potato can be anything from 2.5 - 4 points all depends on size and what you think medium, bread if you use ww thick its defo 1 point per slice so 2 would be 2 but if you using normal ww bread its 0.5 for 1 and 1.5 for 2 because of the quantity, eggs are 1.5 each but 2.5 for two funny i know but depends on quantity again hth's but i defo use the online tracker not what it says on packet, mayo specially use them spoons and scrap of top and believe its only small amount as well hth's cos every point counts good luck hun xx

    Tomato puree 0pts
    1 medium potato 2.5pts

    Snack - two finger kitkat 2.5pts

    Tea - 2 slices of toast 2pts
    WW beans 2pts
    2 poached eggs 2.5pts

    Snack - 150g strawberries 0.5pts
    2 Slices of toast with WW jam 3pts

    TOTAL - 18pts
