Hey guys,

I have been doing weight watchers since January and have lost 26lbs woop! For the past 2 weeks I have been doing slimming world! Because my friend kept raving about it, the first week I gained 2lbs the second week I lost 1.5! Ive never gained on ww! Anyway I don't like it, i feel like I have more portion control on ww!

So I am going to have a diary on here, I have the ww app on my iPhone!

I'm currently doing 'ripped in 30' I've done '30 day shred twice, so I thought I'd move it up a notch! I started today

I will attach my measurements as a guide for me to look at in 4 weeks time:

Waist - 31"
Under bust - 34"
Around bust - 38"
Hips - 43"
Fattest part of thigh - 25"

I have attached two photos! One is me at 206lbs (I never realised the lack of fat photos I have) my body is almost always covered by someone or something! I have also attached me at 180 (before a run) I hope you can see a difference!

My WI is Thursday! Dreading tomorrow night as its my 5year anniversary and we are having and Indian! But gonna stick as best I can tomorrow and use no weeklies wed! Then Thursday onwards is a whole new week :)

Okay so today hasn't been too bad! I didn't eat many propoints during the day! But I had lots of free fruit!

Then for my Indian I had
Half boiled rice
1/4 naan
Chicken rogan josh

So tomorrow I will stick to my 31pp and not go over!

Then Thursday is day 1 and my weight watchers journey will begin again :)

Yea it's hard knowing what to pick! But I thought just enjoy yourself! It's only 1 night!
 
Wasn't expecting a loss this week! Switching diets, having an Indian and lack of exercise

Okay so a bad day........a lady at work brought us all a Maccy's as a surprise treat! I had a moment of weakness! But I made a really yummy 2pp dinner so things weren't as bad as I thought! So my lunch I planned is still in the fridge for tomorrow!

Still feel s**t for eating it :(

Lots of points today but it's the weekend! Weekdays are normally dead in target!

Liking it so far!

I did 30 day shred twice so I'm pretty strong! So level 1 is easia than I am used to but apparently level 1 us like level 2 on '30 day shred. Level 2 is like level 3
And level 3 and 4 are crazy hard
So I'm looking forward to week 3 and 4!
