Push ups & sit ups challenge!

Right, I have a new challenge if anyone is game, exercise related!

Google 100 push ups or 200 sit ups...

I know that sounds ridiculous but they are little training programs to increase your strength. Read it before you think it's a definite no, it's not like it sounds! :)
I'm starting tonight, I figured we could record our total in a set that we manage (push ups/ sit ups)!

So, I'll start (but edit later with results as I'm sat on a bus... Might look odd if I start cracking out push ups!!)

No - they were my total over day 1! Lol 27 push ups in one go!! I wish :p x
 
That's really good :)
There are ones for tricep dips and squats too, am tempted by the dips for my arms!! x
