hi all hope u r doing well

well i stopped the diet weeks back and since then i have put on 1stone 7lbs:cry: in only two months i am starting ssplus tommorow again for the last time ineed to lose 4stones. b4 february 13th

how do u all manage i have kids so it makes it hard running around my 14month old.

Putting it back on sucks but you know the diet - you could be back to you rold weight by Christmas!

There are 5 weeks left till Christmas. It might be - depends on your first week loss I guess - can lose loads the first week!

It is hard - I know what you mean, I have a 9 year old and an 18 month old with kidney failure, but my main motivation to lose my weight is for them, to be healthy and around to watch them grow, so look at it that way, healthy mum, happy tot!!
