Put on weight - why?

This is my first month on SW and I was hoping for 4lb.

I lost 5 stone calorie counting then 1 stone crept back on.

I didn't wan to go back to calorie counting cos its hard work and it became a little obsessive so thought SW would be ideal. I don't do group or online. I have a current FO book and free branded foods.

I am veggie so so green only.

My typical menu is

4 slices weightwatchers whole meal ( 400g loaf)
28g low low spread
Tomato

Banana


Salad with chickpeas
Apple
Orange

Mugshot or fat free super noodles

Homemade quorn cottage pie with cabbage

Fat free / sugar free yoghurt and fruit.

My syns are usually between 5 and 10

And in a month I have had 3 cheat days which has included a take away and lots of wine.

Any ideas? I'm not too strict about weighing HEs or making sure I have the full amount and I have been using a different spray oil to fry lite - but surely this wouldn't do too much damage??? I really want SW to work! Perhaps I'm eating too much?
