Putting on Weight - Week 3

I had my secon weigh in Tuesday just gone and I had lost a stone in total. I have been 100% and yesterday I weighed and I had put on 3.5 lbs; I weighed again this morning and I have lost the .5 but surely I should be losing not putting on? Im drinking between 2-3 litres a day bowels open as normal.

Heres my weigh ins
Tuesday 13st 1.5
Thursday 13st 4.5
Friday 13st 4


Please help I have no idea whats happening and why im not losing weight. I may test my urine today for keytones as im a student midwife and have access to urinalysis sticks.
 
This is the peril of daily Weighing huni... ya body fluid really fluctuates .. Get the measuring tape out and get a base line for your stats... when i did this diet earlier this year i only lost a pound one week but the inch loss was really good.
Dont get disheartened.. xxxxx
