    Hello everyone!
I'm struggling a little as I'm trying to work out if this works as a HexB? It seems quite high on the syn values, but it says "30%-50% less fat" on it!

Quaker Oats, Oat Granola, with juicy raisins.

    Per 100g
    422kcal
    Protein 8,6g
    Carbs 73,0g
    Fat 8,8g
    .....

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

    Lots of love, Caramelle X X X

It's the fibre that count, rather than just the fat content.
