Quark icing?

It's taster session tomorrow so just made some low syn cupcakes and was gonna 'ice' them with a quark,vanilla extract,sweetner topping but unsure how soon on advance I could I've them?
Any idea whether the quark would seperate or not? Xx

it will be fine, i often make this and it keep on the roulade i make for days in the fridge, hope that helps
