I bought some of this and have never used it before and read somewhere on here that a few of you use it for your curries. I did have a look with the search bit and am having trouble finding one. I have chicken, tinned tomatoes, curry powder, spices etc and wondered if quark would be ok??

    Please help :)

I like quark but wouldn't use it with the tomatoes it's just the mixture.

I think it's something you'd need to try & see what you think. You could experiment with a little before making the whole lot.

I wouldn't use it in curries, I use fat free fromage frais or fat free yogurt.

Quark is fine in curries, just take it off the heat and stir in at the very last minute otherwise it will split. But as sugar says yoghurt will also work well.
