Hi everyone, about 6 wks ago I bought a few tubs of quark in NI at Tesco. I divided each tub into 4 portions, wrapped in foil and put into freezer. A week later, I defrosted one and used it to make Spaghetti Carbonara and it was perfect :):):). Now I hope to use another tomorrow, hopefully it will still be useable. Just wanted to share...

Oh super! I often have to throw quark away as I don't use a full tub and I loathe throwing food away!
    Great tip. Thank you.

Thank you, I'm the same and often throw it away because of the short life on it.

    Freezing quark works!

Hi guys, just to let you know that the quark, frozen 6 wks ago was in perfect condition when I defrosted it yesterday, for my SW Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara -

I'm now on a mission to find more quark recipes.
