Hi guys and girls...

Ive been at slimming world months and have never bought or used Quark, any recipes ive normally just used natural yogurt but tonight I'm planning on making a quick mushroom and onion dish and in the recipe it says you need Quark so will get it tonight on my way home but just wondered is there an actually branded name for it ie. dairylea / philadelphia (I know these arent quark but just to use as an example) or does it simply just say Quark on the tub on the shelf?

Sorry if these seem daft questions but would rather ask than walk round tesco looking like a right numpty.

Thanks in advance :)

The one I get from tesco just says quark.

Fab thanks so much, is it completely syn free? And once added to dishes ok to heat up or does it go all gooey coz its a dairy product?

In asda you'll find it with the foreign cheeses- not with the cream cheeses funnily enough.

And it looks like this:
