Quark!

I use mine in place of sour cream, so with things like taco salad or if you were making potato skins. It's also good to make pasta sauces a little creamier. If I run out of Philadelphia light, I use it in place of that on toast or crackers. It's pretty versatile and worth having in the fridge!
 
My favourite thing to do with it is to add a tbsp of white chocolate options (2 syns per tbsp), sweetener to taste and a few drops of vanilla extract. It tastes like a white chocolate creamy dessert and is great with raspberries or strawberries.
 
But I also use it a lot for savoury dishes, as people have already said. Very versatile!
