Question about cocktail sausages

I asked about the Syn value for cocktail sausages - you know the wee bite size ones, and was shocked that they come up as 1.5 each.... cant fathom out why theyre so much, or am I being obtuse. Can anyone shed any light on why something 'meaty' has basically a high syn value for something soooo small :cry:

My guess is because of the fat content, it's all the scrappy bit of meat that make sausages, and it's got cereal added so those carbs add to the total as well. Have one of the low fat big sausages instead, lower in syns and more food!

Quorn have just bought out some cocktail sausages and they are Free on all days.....

If I remember correctly, Quorn have some cocktail sausages out now and they are "free". Check though because sometimes I get a bit ditsy and get things wrong!!!
