Has anyone used it to mix in with pasta?
just wondering as i've seen the philedelphia adds about making like a creamy sauce and thinking about trying to do it with laughing cow light (along with the usual bacon, mushroom, onion mix)

Hmm I don't see that it would be any different, it is a different texture but it should be fine. I've used it in scrambled egg

I've used it before to make macaroni cheese. Add it to cooked macaroni with a splash of milk and heat gently til it melts. Mmmmmmmmmm!!!!

It's ok, but you may need to loosen it little with some milk from you HEXA allowance.
