I don't know if this is the right sub so please redirect me if it isn't!
I'm making SW pulled pork the now and it's on 160, I'm going to make it with home made chips which require it to be on 240. Can I put the chips in for like 40 minutes on 160? Or does it not work like that?
If not.. My oven only goes up to 220 so then what ;_;
