Question about plans

Hi all

I'm thinking of joining ww. Can you tell me can you do filling and healthy and pp throughout the week or do you have to stick to one plan for a whole week? Thinking of doing filling and healthy Mon to Fri then pp at weekends to have more flexibility?

Also is tinned mackeral in tomato sauce on filling and healthy and can you have stock cubes free like on sw? Just trying to think of meals :)

You can switch between F&H and counting on a day to day basis as long as you make sure to track anything not on the F&H list under weekly points and remember to keep track of those if you go over your daily allowance on Counting. E.g if you have 4 PP over your daily allowance on a "counting" day then that counts as 4 out of your weekly allowance when you do F&H (so you'd be working with 45 not 49) and visa versa.

Oxo is 0PP as are other stock cubes, some are 1PP. Knorr seems to fluctuate between 0-1PP depending on the type. Teriyaki and Oyster sauce are 0PP for one tablespoon and after that get counted. Soy is zero and many tinned tomatoes or tomato purees are 0PP as well.
