Sorry am abit confused just checked my book and realised we can have skimmed milk with the 790 plan aswell as protein and green?

i wish to move up to the 1000cal plan can i have 1/4 pint of semi skimmed instead of a 1/2 pint of skimmed ?

and do you think i am better of moving up from 790 to 1000cal plan for the next week then when i go on hol i wont gain as much weight?

or shall i stick with 790?

i just dont know what to do? :D
