Question - Ketosis?

So I had a great first week losing 14lbs... however as I mentioned in my other post I cheated last night.

I actually ended up having:

1 Fried Egg, 2 Rashers of Smokey Bacon and little block of Catherdral City...

This was instead of my Milkshake...

What are the implications of this?
Will it knock me out of ketosis?
Was that a high protein meal?
 
That may have been a comparatively high protein meal but also high fat. Better to go for lean meat items other than bacon. Also try to avoid fried foods, poached eggs are just as mice as fried eggs if you ask me and you can easily substitute one for the other.

There is a thread in the ws section with recipes and tips and stuff for what you can rat.

If you're having food it has to be as well as your shake NOT in place of it. Skipping shakes will do you a lot more harm than coming out ketosis will

Basically yes. You need to have all your shakes it's amazing how many people think skipping them balances things out but it doesn't. Having a small WS meal as well as your shakes won't have any great impact on your losses. Ultimately your health is way more important :)
