Hi again guys, I've decided to get to goal with LT before joining WW to maintain. My only concern is that i read somewhere that you must need to lose at least 10bls to join? I'll be going at my exact weight i should be, will they not let me join?? I'll need the structure of WW to maintain:(

You do need to lose at least 10lb to join WW, can you not come off LT with 10lb to lose and joing then maintain that way you will have the structure of WW after LT. I think thats what alot of people tend to do

I'm 5"5 and now my BMI is 27-28, if i get to a BMI of 25 will they let me join? That will make me 5"5 and 10 and a half stone? I'm told my ideal weight is nine and a half? Will they let me join with a BMI of 25 though?
    Thank youuuu!!

I think its more lbs they go on than BMI. Id definitely recommend starting before you get to goal, least that way once you do get to goal your meetings will be free and you can go for as long as you want to :)

I would suggest rejoining WW 10lbs off from your goal weight (so 10st 3lbs?), as long as your BMI at your goal weight is within the healthy BMI range then you won't have a problem joining WW again not matter what you BMI is when you join (if that makes sense), then you will just have 10lbs to lose with WW then get to goal, get your maintenance pack! Our leader lets you set your own goal weight as long as its within the healthy BMI range for your height.
