when i went on holiday i stopped taking them and was still having side effects after 4 days! I had been on them 7 months tho.

Have u got a food dairy of what you have been eating? You wont have side effects if u are eating things that are within the rules.

Yes Friday i missed breakfast.. lunch was a ham sandwich with lettuce and cucumber. Dinner was Pasta salad with chicken strips.

Yesterday was : Breakfast special K
Lunch - Ham sandwich with lettuce and cucumber
Dinner - One small jacket potato, with very little cheese.. chicken and salad (lettuce, cucumber, red, green and yellow peppers, 2 tablespoons of light mayo

Today - No breakfast as my stomach was bad
Lunch - one slice of toast
Dinner - A very small roast dinner. which was carrots, brocolli, a few roast potatos, 2 stuffing balls, 3 slices of think pork.

Thats it.

I'm just suffering so bad. I am bonding with my toilet every 15 mins, and only losing the orange fat, nothing else. My stomach today has eased since not taking the tablet but im still going to the loo. It' s just horrid.

Unfortunately we're all different in that the tabs effect us all differently. Some people have pretty much an instant reaction if they've eaten high fat foods, for others its within 48 hours. Hopefully it should be out your system within the next 24 hours hun.
I can see a few things on your diary that could have been the culprit. No matter how small a portion is, it always the percentage of fat that is more likely to be the cause of a side effect. So your small piece of cheese could be the culprit. Most *low fat* cheeses are way over the 5% rule. Only Extra Light mayo is below the 5% rule, not the Light stuff. Also the roasties ( unless done in Fry Light), and possibly the stuffing balls.
I know reading the labels extra, and finding out the fat content of food can be time consumming, but it's worth it in the long run.

yeah the things that stand out to me r the cheese, mayo, roasties and maybe the pork. How do u cook your chicken an rosties?

xenical does not work for some people but when it does it its fab!

I have side effects from walkers french fries even tho they r 3g of fat per bag they are high in fat per 100gs!

Do the best thing you feel is right for you! keep us posted
