    I am having my 3 packs a day (sometimes an extra one if i am peckish in the evening)

    i have read alot on here about ss+..

    am i right in thinking its your packs plus a 200cal meal?

    which means chicken (obviousley) and 2 desert spoons of veg? (not carrot lol)

    well i been having just a chicken breast ones you get in a pack at tescos 4 in a pack?

    i dont have the veg or anything cus i know that veg makes me feel hungry (weird i know)

    so am i doing ok? or am i doing ok? lol lol

    how many calories in a chicken breast?

    hmmm. i THOUGHt it was 2 shakes and a meal, but then, i know nothng. As they say, "someone will be along shortly" x

    p.s. Maybe i am thinking of Slimfast!
